EXPEDITION POLICY
1. Dispatch processing times
All orders are processed on the day following the order (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume, the processing time can be extended by 24 hours.
2. Shipping mode and delivery time in France
The delivery times of a parcel in France are 24h to 48h depending on the destination. That is to say that shipping times can be extended in case of situations independent of our will (intempéries, strike, ...).
Delivery is done with DPD Predict at your home.
Delivery with DPD Relais can be made by email at the following address: info@toutapis.fr or directly by message via your order.
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 9am, the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 9am, the order will be shipped the next day.
- For all orders placed from Friday after 9am to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For any order placed on holidays, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times depend solely on the liability of carriers and in no case on the liability of ALLAPIS, it cannot be incurred in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
3. Costs
Delivery is free in France regardless of the amount of the order or the number of items ordered.
4. Control monitoring
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and a sms with your DPD tracking number.
You can follow your delivery using the tracking number on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery time and costs outside France
-en Corse : delivery times are 48h to 72h working days. Delivery amounts to 17 euros per order.
-en Allemagne, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands : delivery times are approximately 48h working days. Delivery amounts to 10 euros per order.
-in Austria, Spain, Italy : delivery times are 48h to 72h working days. Delivery amounts to 10 euros per order.
-Hungary, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia : delivery times are approximately 72 hours working days. Delivery amounts to 25 euros per order.
-in Croatia, Estonia, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden : delivery times are approximately 4 working days. Delivery amounts to 30 euros per order.
-greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania : delivery times are about 5 working days. The delivery is 50 euros per order.
6. Damaged or lost items
When receiving your order, if you perceive that the packaging is damaged and that the item(s) is damaged, please refuse delivery and indicate the reason to the delivery.

Our litigation department will answer you within 24 hours.
