Our order processing times are 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the processing time is completed, delivery takes between 24 hours to 5 business days. However, generally, our customers are delivered within 24/72 hours.

First, via your customer account, you can check the status of your order (e.g. payment accepted, processing, shipped, delivered). Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email from our carriers (GLS or DPD) with the tracking link. You can also track the delivery in your customer account, under your orders, by clicking on the 'track my package' button. 

If you have received an email or SMS from the DPD or GLS delivery service indicating that your package will be delivered on this day, and it hasn't been delivered, please contact the delivery service's customer service directly. But don't worry, in this case, the delivery driver should come the next day.

Please contact us via the contact form (on the left) by selecting the subject 'Order cancellation/modification', choosing your order reference, and providing your phone number. 

We can modify/cancel orders placed the day before until 9 AM the next day. 

For orders placed the same day between 9 AM and 10 AM, please call us directly at +33 6 13 70 44 86. 

Example: You placed an order on August 20th at 8 PM, you can leave us a message via the contact form. 

You placed an order on August 21st at 9 AM, please contact us directly by phone. 

(As our orders are prepared and shipped every day, excluding weekends, starting from 9 AM.)
